Privacy policy

This document describes how TRUZADO Ltd. processes the personal data of website visitors and customers. We are the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR and we ensure your data is processed securely and only to the extent necessary.

What data we process

We process the data you provide when making an enquiry or as part of a business relationship, typically name, phone, email, address of the project location and a description of the work. When visiting the website we process basic technical data (IP address, browser type, anonymous traffic statistics).

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to handle your enquiry and fulfil the contract, to communicate about the project, to issue invoices and keep accounts as required by law, and to operate and improve the website. The legal basis is performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest (in particular operation and security of the site).

Retention period

We keep data only for as long as necessary, typically for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory archiving periods that follow (in particular accounting documents for 10 years). Anonymous statistics are kept for a maximum of 26 months.

The site uses essential cookies for the site to function and anonymous analytics cookies to improve our services. You can set or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies in the website footer at any time.
